Privacy Policy

How we handle your information. Last updated: 6 November 2026.

Who we are

Oliver Dean Group (“we”, “us”) is a business in Curaçao. We make business systems and websites, graphic design and printing, and 360° virtual tours. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our services, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask of us.

Questions about your information? Please e-mail solutions@oliverdeangroup.com or send us a message through the contact page.

When you contact us through the website

Contact form. We receive your name, your company (if you fill it in), your e-mail address and/or phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.

Demo, meeting and quote forms. We receive your company name, first and last name, WhatsApp number, e-mail address, the service you chose, your description and — if you fill it in — the address of your current website.

With every form we also save the page you sent it from, the date and time, and your IP address. We use these only to answer you and to keep out spam and abuse (for example, a connection that sends too many messages in one hour is blocked for a while).

We use what you send us to reply to you, plan a meeting and prepare a proposal or quote. Your message is saved in our own business system and a copy goes to our company mailbox. We do not use it for newsletters or advertising, and we never sell it.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, e-mail or Facebook, we receive what you send us there. WhatsApp and Facebook are run by Meta under their own privacy policies.

When you become a client

If you hire us, we keep the details we need to do the work and to bill you: your contact details, estimates, invoices, payments and notes about your project. They are kept in our own business system. Clients can get a personal login to their client area.

360° virtual tours and Google Street View

We make 360° tours of business premises such as shops, offices, restaurants and holiday homes.

  • We only photograph a place with the permission of its owner or manager.
  • Before we publish, we blur the faces of people and the licence plates of cars that appear in the photos.
  • With the owner’s agreement, we publish the 360° photos on Google Maps (Google Street View) through the Google Street View Publish API, using our own Google account. Once published, the photos are public on Google Maps, where Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
  • To upload the photos, we sign in with Google in our own publishing app. The app asks Google for one permission only: to publish and manage Street View photos. It uses that permission only to upload our 360° photos, connect them into a tour, and update or remove them. It does not read e-mail, contacts, files or any other information from the Google account, and it keeps nothing from the Google account except the sign-in key it needs to keep uploading, which stays on our own computer.
  • We do not sell or share data received from Google, and we do not use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • The owner can ask us at any time to remove their photos from Google Maps; we then remove them through the same app. If you appear in one of our photos and want something blurred or removed, tell us and we will fix it. Google Maps also has a “Report a problem” option on every photo.

Cookies and analytics

  • A normal visit to our website sets no cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, the Facebook Pixel or similar tools.
  • After you send a form, or when you log in to the client area, the website sets two technical cookies: a session cookie and a security token (XSRF-TOKEN). They are needed to show you that your message arrived and to protect the forms against misuse. They expire after two hours without activity. If you tick “Keep me logged in” when you log in, an extra cookie keeps you logged in until you log out.
  • Our fonts and images come from our own server.
  • Some pages show 360° views from Google Maps. They only load when you tap them; Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
  • Our own 360° tour viewer loads its software from jsDelivr, a public network for website code. Like any web server, it receives your IP address when the tour opens.

If we ever add analytics or other tracking, we will update this page first.

Who else handles your information

We do not sell or rent your information. We only share it with:

  • the hosting company whose servers run our website, business system and mailbox, and the e-mail service that delivers our e-mails;
  • Google, for the 360° photos we publish on Google Maps (see above);
  • authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Website messages: up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
  • Client records, estimates and invoices: as long as Curaçao law requires us to keep business records (10 years).
  • Published 360° photos: until the owner asks us to remove them.
  • Backups: our server makes a backup every night. We keep the backups of the last 30 days and one backup per month for the last 12 months; older backups are deleted automatically.

How we protect it

The website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Our business system is only open to Oliver Dean Group, behind a personal login, and clients only see their own client area.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we have about you and give you a copy;
  • correct it if it is wrong;
  • delete it — unless the law requires us to keep it, as with invoices;
  • stop using it, for example for contacting you.

Send your request to us (e-mail solutions@oliverdeangroup.com). We answer as soon as possible and within four weeks. We handle personal information in line with Curaçao’s data protection law (Landsverordening bescherming persoonsgegevens). If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection supervisor in Curaçao.

Changes to this policy

When we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date at the top.
